  1. Uh….yes you can…especially when you click on the pic to make it larger (so to speak)hahahaha!!!

    Where is that statue???

  2. Greetings Preston,

that is funny. Where is this statue?

hey…I also wanted to let you know that I have added your link over at AWOP TeamZine. I hope it brings you many new readers!

  3. Rachael – I am not sure where the statue is but I had to llok twice to be sure.

Kim – Thanks for stopping by and for adding my link. It looks like I am going to have to find out where this statue is…

  4. Oh my gosh, you are totally right! I have to admit, I would never notice that myself.

I see you don’t know where the statue is, for some reason it reminds me of Easton, PA, although the theme doesn’t seem very Easton like.

  5. The railing says NYPD. Crazy New Yorkers.

So someone actually made the statue like that? Why?! I first thought they were those real people statue things, but I guess not. Wow.

  6. Want to hear worst? Well, I’ll tell you anyway;) My Minister has this issue. There is one set of pants that that man should not wear. It is killing me not to write him a letter telling him so. How am I suppose to listen to his sermon. Wish he had a pulpit to stand behind.

  7. Anne – Gay men notice THAT kind of thing. And thanks to Angie, we now know it’s in NY.

    Country – Now that’s funny.

Angie – Yup, crazy New Yorkers. Obviously, the sculptor wanted to be as accurate as possible. Although the point of these kind of statues is to make them as real as possible.

Wheresmyangels – Wow. Is this church near me? Just kidding. I can’t believe that there is no one in your parish/group/whatever it’s called that doesn’t have the nerve to tell him. Perhaps you should all chip in to buy him a full length mirror.

  8. Wow. I would like to meet the model too.

And G at Wheresmyangels- you should not even be looking at you minister like that. Shame on you girl. But maybe it helps her pass the time?!?

  9. Heathersister – Sometimes you can’t help but look and I feel that the minister shouldn’t be “putting it out there” for all to see. LOL

  10. Three is NO WAY to miss it, if your looking at the man. First off, he is on a stage. Second of all, he is very short. So he is right in veiw and you can’t miss a thing. Maybe this is why Cheyenne has the hots for him. I have to watch my daugther like a hawk at church, she is always chasing him.

He is a wonderful person and I like him but really I don’t think he has a clue about his one pair of pants. They are pleated, but way too small for him! His wife needs to step off the stage (she plays piano and sit in the audience so she can view what the rest of us do. Standing up I would never notice this as I tower over him.

  11. Wheresmyangels – Tell his wife if you are uncomfortable with telling him. I can’t imagine that she hasn’t noticed. And yea, they look really real don’t they?

  12. Oh my. You certainly can! I guess there’s a long tradition (if you’ll pardon the double entendre) of this in art.

  13. Rebecca – Does your husband know about this?

A Free Man – Well the tradition doesn’t seem to be that long.

Linh – Yup, it’s hard to miss. (no pun intended)
